I have been off the radar for the last few weeks, my tonsillitis flowed into a chest infection, which flowed into a cold – or flu, whichever sounds more pitiful.
I didn’t train for 11days, the longest 11 days of my life. Which results in a very grumpy Penny. The expression “Caged Lion” springs to mind.
But a couple of days ago I had my caliper measurements and was still pleased and I am still on track!

That’s what I try to do when the going gets tough and what do you KNOW...... It quietens down my mind, helps me stay calm!!!! My life is just fantastic right now!!7 weeks out and imp feeling great!!! Noticing changes every couple of days which is really exciting!!!
My job is so rewarding, I’m helping some truly beautiful people at the moment achieve their goals. Hoping I don’t sound so corny but I really do wake up and get excited to go to work! My clients are so valued to me and really make my day! I love this life I have chosen for myself and wouldn’t have it any other way!!!!

I had a friend drop in to see me on Friday. After some lovely poached eggs, salad and some girly chit chat I asked her if she would like to come to the market with me while I did my shopping. I can’t seem to sit still for too long so if you come to visit me, we’ll either go for a walk, train, eat a healthy meal or shop. But that’s not such a bad thing I guess.

17weeks out from comp and I must admit I have surprised myself with the progress in just 3 weeks into comp prep. Even after all these years of training experience and changing peoples body composition, it still amazes me the reaction of the human body and what it is capable of doing in such a short period of time when it is done right.
