1 tbsp natural almond butter*

1 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder

170ml unsweetened almond milk (or water)

Ice cubes

*Because fat can delay digestion and slow down the uptake of protein to recovering muscles, don’t drink this shake right after exercise. Have it about two hours before your workout.
