I was recently at a business seminar that included presentations from some very successful people. One phrase stuck in my mind: “Many of my biggest business endeavours were failures before they became a success. Some failed for as long as six years before they hit. Everyone around me thought I was crazy. You just have to stay at it.”

Being at an event like this, I got to hang out with some pretty amazing people. One of them was a lovely lady called Lisa. She has not only become an incredibly successful entrepreneur (running a multi-million dollar business), she has totally transformed her body and health in the process, and credits this as the catalyst for becoming successful in business and life. The inspiring thing for me was that along her journey she had experienced public disappointment, criticism and embarrassment, but she still stuck to it. She
kept changing her strategy and eventually achieved her goal.

What struck me most though was that she definitely saw her health and fitness as a catalyst to her success. Can you relate to this? I certainly could! I have experienced first-hand many times my business/life success ebbing and flowing to the tune of my current health and fitness. It may seem a bit ‘out there’, but think about how productive you are when you are looking and feeling your best.

You have energy to burn and everything seems to run smoothly. Compare this to when you’re feeling flabby and unfit and life seems to be so much more of a struggle.
