Hey gorgeous people!!!
Well 2 weeks ago I had surgery that has stopped me from TRAINING for 4 weeks (2 weeks to go WOO HOO) and it was a nice rest for the first week but this week I’m dying to GET BACK to my routine!!!! I miss the SWEAT from my ripping it up in my RPM classes and I miss lifting my weights and of course stretching from my YOGA practise!!! I have not had a break like this for almost 10 years!!!! So I’m sure some of you out there feel my pain………… YES I’m addicted to EXERCISE lol……………… but the break will do me good I’m sure!
So while recovering I have made sure my eating habits have been super clean. Eating every 3hrs, each meal consists of some kind of Lean Protein and Vegetables! I have been avoiding starchy carbs as I have been resting and will not be able to burn them off, having said that my diet does not have any grains or wheat so usually my only form is potato and sweet potato so avoiding these delish 2 at the moment…………… I’m feeling wonderfully healthy right now THOUGH I’m feeling a little skinny fat as I have not done weights for 3 weeks (stopped 1 week before surgery) And this chick has to stay lean as I have a photo shoot coming up in about 4 weeks. I’m honoured to have been asked to do this shoot with two other HOT fitness sistas!!!
I’m all excited for the ANB Asia Pacific’s in 2 weeks as my little champ Kim Sesperez (just WON her first comp in Sydney) is competing and one of my besties from NZ is coming over to compete!!! So that will be a great day as I’m sure they both will do GREAT!!!!!!! And so good that I will be there to watch them both compete!!!!!!!
