Last weekend i was in Sydney for  The FILEX Expo was fantastic to catch up with all the Gorgeous Oxygen Girls. Some really special girls! Lindy Olsen is such a beautiful soul and I just love what she is doing with this magazine. Was also great to meet Alicia Marie from the US (wow she is stunning). I also had a great time hanging out with my sponsors Musashi and the other sponsored athletes, what a great bunch of people!  We had a great night out at dinner on the glorious Sydney Harbour with the A Team. I even relaxed a little and had a few red wines (has been a good 6 months).

The expo was great and I had fun with my buddy Amanda Steer we cruised around having a good giggle (love this girl). The weekend flew past and before I knew it I was at work Monday morning!!!

This week has been a little all over the shop as I got back late Sunday and started work early Monday. I’m a routine girl and I have to be all organised on Sunday arvo for the coming week and didn’t get to do this SO……This week I felt un-organised and outta wack, so this weekend I’m chilling, relaxing and organised!

I’m thinking of competing at the end of the year with the ANB, I have tried a few federations since competing and I feel ANB and INBA is more  suited to me……………. So i will see how I feel in a couple of weeks and then decide, I love competing for so many different reasons.

Loving my clients and I LOVE MY TRAINING! And I also love YOGA and RPM!!! Just about to go and make a big pot of vegetable soup, I’m going to have this on tap through winter so I don’t reach for other kinds of foods as it gets cooler lol…… I don’t want to gain weight this winter!!! My weight is sitting at 61kg and I want to stay around that……. I’m also going to try on my SNUG jeans every week and make sure I do it to keep me motivated,I'm not going to fall in denial like I did last year and tuck them at the back of the cupboard! I fit them now and I WILL fit them at the end of winter!!!
