It’s called ‘The Pushaway’ and this is how it’s performed: sitting at a dinner table after your meal, abs tight and feet about hip width apart. Raise your hands in a pronated position (palms facing down) and grasp the table edge with both hands. Keep your elbows close by your sides. Now take a breath in while at the same time pushing yourself away from the table. That’s it!
