COVER GIRL DIET
· 5 egg whites and 1 yolk
· 1/4 cup oats and berries
· 2 slices of Ezekiel bread
· 1 small chicken breast with mustard, lettuce, tomato and banana peppers
· 1 small apple
· Salt-free rice cake with a half-serving of nut butter
· Salmon and vegetable stir-fry with low-sodium soy sauce
· White fish with green vegetables
· Casein shake (30 minutes after workout)
· 5 celery sticks and 2 tbsp peanut butter
